I thought the staff were very informative and helpful. The only problem I had was the optometrist didn't think my voucher was for a free test but I sorted this out with the lady at the till who could see the voucher was for a free test.

I found the staff to be very efficient yet friendly, making me feel very relaxed. Every examination was explained to me in detail beforehand and carried out very efficiently. I was also seen at the time booked without having to sit around waiting, which was a real bonus. All in all I found it to be a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this branch of Boots.
